Arlene Haske
Arlene Haske of Sugar Camp, formerly of Zion, Ill., died Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at her home. She was 65.
She was born March 25, 1945, in Radisson, the daughter of Michael and Grace Seffinga.
Mrs. Haske retired from Abbott Laboratory in North Chicago, Ill.
Her hobbies included Bible study, poetry and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Buck Seffinga and Michael Seffinga; and two sisters, Lois Ives and Margie Ruch.

Richard E. Klug
Richard E. Klug, 73, of Eagle River, Wis., formerly of Waterloo, Wis., passed away on July 20, 2010, at home after a hard fight with cancer.
Richard, also known a Eric or Dick, was born on May 2, 1937, to Erich and Anna (Helwig) Klug.
He met Jane Krause in high school; they married Oct. 13, 1956, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Waterloo. They spent more than 53 wonderful years together.
Richard attended St. John’s Lutheran School and graduated from Waterloo High School.

Bert J. Perry
Bert J. Perry of Carrollton, Ill., died Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Jersey Community Hospital in Jerseyville, Ill. He was 87.
Mr. Perry was born June 2, 1923, in Sandusky, Ohio, the son of Bert W. and Georgia (nee Mineard) Perry.
He married Vernice Olson Jan. 17, 1948, in Canton, Ohio.
Mr. Perry was a U.S. Army sergeant during World War II with the 534th Engineers Boat and Shore Regiment.
He worked in the Eagle River area and retired as a salesman with Lang Distributing in Kankakee, Ill.
